About the Service Overview
IIJ Business Risk Online Consultation provides consulting by experts on GDPR, Chinese Cybersecurity Law, California Consumer Privacy Act, and more, who will answer a variety of customer inquiries, from simple questions to document creation support. This is an easy-to-use service that charges from 10,000 yen (tax not included) per 15 minutes of support time.
* This service is available to users registered as paid members of the IIJ Business Risk Management Portal (monthly usage fee (tax not included): 10,000 yen).

Simple Pricing System
After confirming the nature of your request, we will estimate the amount of time required and obtain your approval before proceeding. We offer peace of mind by promising to bill you only for the hours to which you have agreed.
Expanded Compliance with Various National Regulations
We provide services to comply with GDPR, Chinese Cybersecurity Law, California Consumer Privacy Act, and other countries' laws and regulations. We provide advice on GDPR in cooperation with IIJ Europe and EU lawyers, and on Chinese Cybersecurity law in cooperation with IIJ Global Solutions China and Chinese attorneys. Note that lawyer and attorney fees are separately billed when their time is required to process a request.
We plan to further expand the number of countries covered in the future.
Pricing
Rates starting at 10,000 yen (tax not included) per 15 minutes.
Billing system that only charges for the actual number of hours needed to respond to your request.
