mxHERO with IIJ automatically uploads file attachments to online storage and inserts a shared link into email messages. Furthermore, it supports strengthened governance, such as policy controls and file disabling when sent in error. You can save effort on file transmissions and realize an environment that provides both convenience and security without relying on password-protected ZIP files.
* This service provides mxHERO's "Mail2Cloud."

File attachments are automatically uploaded to online storage, and a shared link is inserted into the email. By simply attaching their files, users can implement safety measures without effort or relying on password-protected ZIP files. No troublesome operations are required, like uploading a file to online storage, issuing a shared link, and copying that link into an email.
If an email with the wrong address or file is sent, the shared link to the file can be disabled on the sender's side. So even when you realize that you sent something by mistake, you can suppress the impact of the sending error by disabling the shared link before the recipient sees it.
This service supports integration with IIJ's cloud-based email security service, "IIJ Secure MX Service." You can send secure attachments without relying on password-protected ZIP files while also enhancing your protection against phishing emails, ransomware, and other inbound email threats.
* This feature is not available to customers with a "Mailbox Plus Option" subscription.
