Complete Arrangement of FLET's Service, from Application to Installation

IIJ makes arrangements with NTT for the FLET'S access line on your behalf. Your single bill from IIJ includes the IIJ service and FLET'S line fees.

Support Desk Available 24 Hours a Day, 365 Days a Year

If the connection is slow or unstable, IIJ will confirm and troubleshoot with NTT to resolve the issue.

Scheduled Facilities Maintenance and Fault Information Provided by Email

We send scheduled facilities maintenance and fault information regarding NTT FLET'S services to specified email addresses.
