TOKYO - May 23, 2019 - IIJ Engineering Inc. ("IIJ-EG"), Internet Initiative Japan Inc. ("IIJ", TSE1: 3774)'s 100% owned subsidiary, today announces the following planned executive appointments as resolved at the Board of Directors meeting held May 20, 2019. These appointments are subjected to approval at the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders and the subsequent Board of Directors meeting scheduled in June 27, 2019.
