IIJ Appoints New Executive Officer

March 27, 2014

TOKYO-March 27, 2014-Internet Initiative Japan Inc. ("IIJ", NASDAQ: IIJI, TSE1: 3774), one of Japan's leading Internet access and comprehensive network solutions providers, today resolved to appoint a new executive officer at the Board of Directors Meeting held on March 27, 2014.

Executive Officer in charge of Marketing Division, Kokichi Matsumoto will retire on March 31, 2014, and be appointed as President & CEO of IIJ America Inc., a consolidated subsidiary of IIJ, on April 1, 2014.
