Amid recent inflation, the various costs of providing our services have continued to rise. We have worked to maintain our prices through measures such as improving operational efficiency. However, to maintain quality and continue to provide stable services, we will revise the prices of our services for enterprise customers.
An overview of the price revision is set out below. Specific prices will be presented in quotations. We will contact customers with existing contracts individually, in due course, regarding the revision of their prices. If you have any questions, please contact your IIJ sales representative.
We will continue our efforts to maintain and improve service quality, and we appreciate your understanding.
