Basic Service Description
The following functions are included in the basic service.
Service adaptor rental
Initial configurations/ equipment delivery
Compatibility with redundant structures
Service adaptor monitoring/ email notification function
- 24/7 service adaptor monitoring conducted from the IIJ monitoring center.
- Monitoring Notification: Delivered by email to designated contact (operational manager)
- * Monitoring termination requests accepted by email or to the Information Desk.
Hardware maintenance
Select from two maintenance service items, according to your needs:
| Send-Back Maintenance | Replacement equipment sent after hardware malfunction is confirmed. Minimum of 1 to 3 business days for equipment to arrive. |

| 24-Hour On-Site Maintenance | Constant on-site trouble response, including weekends and holidays. IIJ engineer conducts on-site replacement service within four (4) hours (service goal) of malfunction confirmation. |
- * Support Center is available for trouble reports 24/7, regardless of service contract selected.

Optional Services Description
The following optional services are available from IIJ:
On-site installation
Overseas location connection option
Connect from locations in Japan and overseas.
- * Service must be used in conjunction with a parent location in Japan.
Post-installation configuration changes
Equipment configuration changes on the center side for adding/ removing locations are performed remotely from the IIJ center.
Installation Support Engineer
An IIJ engineer can be available to help you switch from your existing WAN, etc.
