IIJ Releases the IIJ GIO Hosting Package Service

An all-in-one hosting package cloud service with a daily cost of JPY133 (JPY4,000 /month)

TOKYO-June 1, 2010-Internet Initiative Japan Inc. (IIJ, NASDAQ: IIJI, TSE1: 3774), one of Japan's leading Internet access and comprehensive network solutions providers, today announced the release of the IIJ GIO Hosting Package Service, an easy-to-use all-in-one hosting package implemented on IIJ GIO, IIJ's cloud service that combines high quality with flexibility.

This new service boasts several advantages.

A high-quality hosting service provided in an all-in-one package
Customers can select from several package plans through an online interface to meet their specific needs and quickly build EC sites and advanced net business information system infrastructure. The package plans take advantage of IIJ's expertise in hosting services and include the features required for Web systems, mail systems, and LAMP systems. The service includes access to the Internet through IIJ's broadband backbone, so customers can start using their selected environments in as little 15 minutes after completing a contract.
Reasonable pricing at JPY4,000/month (a daily rate of JPY133)
Despite being a high-quality public cloud service, users can get up and running for only JPY133 per day, with no initial start-up fees for any of the products. In addition, there are no minimum contract periods, which enables customers to keep costs down to a minimum.(*)
Easy-to-use control panel interface
The service is controlled through a control panel that customer's can access over their existing Internet connectivity environment. Web server redundancy and server load balancing functions can also be accessed over the Web. Increasing service processing resources and adding or deleting optional services can be performed at any time by the customer, which enables small initial system configurations. The control panel can be accessed from the IIJ Service Online website, IIJ's service support site for corporate customers, so existing users of IIJ services have a unified operating environment.

IIJ will regularly expand the line up of IIJ GIO services and provide our customers with the highest quality cloud services to support their business infrastructure.
