Coverage Expansion of A-Bone Roaming Platform

TOKYO, January 22, 2001 - Asia Internet Holding Co., Ltd. (AIH; Headquarters: Tokyo, Japan; President: Koichi Suzuki) announced today that it will expand the service area of "A-Bone Roaming Platform" to the Philippines, Thailand and Malaysia, beginning in the end of January. Having the new access points added, "A-Bone Roaming Platform" will be covering 6 countries/areas in the Asia region (Japan, Hong Kong, Singapore and above three countries), and 26 European countries based on the global alliance with KPNQwest Communication Services B.V.
"A-Bone Roaming Platform" enables ISPs to provide their customers a highly reliable, quality roaming services which is directly connected to "A-Bone", the Asian-wide IP backbone network.
AIH will continue to make further expansions of the platform coverage in order to provide users a superior Internet connection environment.
