Research Laboratory
IIJ Research Laboratory was established in April 1998, as a division of Internet Initiative Japan Inc.. We pursue core Internet technologies for the next decades, and contribute to the Internet community.
Research Perspective
IIJ Research Laboratory focuses on Internet technologies that enrich our person-to-person communication. We research and develop IPv6 that is the future promissing Internet base protocol, advanced mobility mechanisms, evaluation techniques for the better communication quality, user interface technologies that provides smooth and safe Internet envirionment.
